Shipping
Each shop ships its items separately. Shipping cost depends on your delivery city and is shown at checkout.
Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 3–5 days outside Dhaka.

Returns & refunds
7-day returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery from My orders.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Once the shop receives the item, the refund is sent to your card, or by bKash/bank for cash orders.
Shipping charges are not refunded.
